Return Policy
At Naturequeenx, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer service team at service@naturequeenx.com, service@infinfx.com before returning any item.
Please describe the item you wish to return, provide your order number, and explain the reason for the return. Our customer service team will review your request and provide further instructions if the return is approved.
Return Eligibility
Eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return or exchange:
The item must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and in its original condition.
The item must be returned in its original packaging.
All accessories, labels, manuals, packaging materials, and other contents included with the original order must be returned.
Proof of purchase must be provided.
The return request must be approved by our customer service team before the item is sent back.
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Incorrect, Defective, or Damaged Items
If you receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged item, please contact us at service@naturequeenx.com, service@infinfx.com as soon as possible.
Please provide:
Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photographs or videos showing the incorrect, defective, or damaged item
Your full shipping address
Your contact telephone number
Our customer service team will review the request and provide return instructions. If the return is approved because the item was incorrect, defective, or damaged upon receipt, Naturequeenx will be responsible for the authorized return shipping costs.
Please do not return an item before receiving confirmation and return instructions from us.
Returns for Personal Reasons
Returns requested for personal reasons may include, but are not limited to:
Ordering the wrong size or color
Selecting the wrong product
Changing your mind
No longer wanting the item
Personal preference
If the item is eligible for return and the request is approved, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is caused by an error on our part or the item arrived defective or damaged.
For exchanges requested for personal reasons, the customer may also be responsible for the shipping cost of the replacement item.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect:
Final-sale items
Clearance items
Free gifts or promotional items
Items made or customized specifically for the customer
Items marked as non-returnable on the product page
Items that have been used, worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
Items returned without their original packaging or included accessories
Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Coupons and promotional discounts do not have a cash value and will not be refunded separately.
Return Authorization and Address
To request a return, please email:

Do not send a return to the address shown on the original parcel or to our registered business address unless our customer service team specifically instructs you to do so.
Once your return request has been approved, we will provide the authorized return address and any applicable return instructions.
Returns sent without prior authorization may be rejected or may experience processing delays.
We do not accept returns sent using cash-on-delivery or freight-collect services. Any associated costs may be deducted from the refund or the parcel may be rejected.
Return Process
Step 1: Submit a Request
Email service@naturequeenx.com, service@infinfx.com within 30 days of delivery.
Include your order number, the email address used to place the order, the reason for the return, and supporting photographs or videos where applicable.
Step 2: Wait for Approval
Our customer service team will review your request and contact you with the next steps.
Step 3: Receive the Return Address
If the request is approved, we will provide an authorized return address and return instructions.
Step 4: Prepare the Parcel
Securely pack the item and include all original packaging, accessories, labels, manuals, and other contents supplied with the order.
Step 5: Ship the Return
Use a trackable shipping service and retain the shipping receipt and tracking number until the return and refund process has been completed.
Naturequeenx is not responsible for unauthorized returns or returned parcels lost in transit when the customer is responsible for arranging the shipment.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether the refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. We aim to process approved refunds within 5–10 business days after completing the inspection.
The time required for the funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
Unless the return is caused by an incorrect, defective, or damaged item, the following charges are generally non-refundable:
Original shipping charges
Return shipping costs
Additional delivery or handling charges
Exchanges
Approved exchanges will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Product availability cannot be guaranteed. If the requested replacement item is unavailable, we may offer a refund or an alternative solution.
Shipping Address Changes
Once an order has been packed or shipped, we may be unable to change the delivery address.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address during checkout. Naturequeenx is not responsible for failed delivery or loss caused by an incomplete or incorrect address provided by the customer.
