Customized Items

Any item made or customized specifically for you is non-returnable and non-exchangeable, except where the item is defective or an error was made on our part.

If a customized item needs to be remade, additional processing time may be required. Only products that pass our quality inspection will be shipped.

We do not offer overnight or expedited shipping for customized items.
